Every product we build started the same way: someone on our team watched a PTO treasurer track dues in a spreadsheet, a club secretary chase down volunteer sign-ups over email, or a teacher spend a weekend building a conference schedule by hand. The software available to them was either built for enterprises with IT departments, or wasn't built for this kind of work at all.
So we started building purpose-fit tools instead: one for parent teacher organizations, one for volunteer-run clubs, and one for school conference and volunteer scheduling. They share a platform and a payments engine, but each one is designed around how that specific organization actually runs.
These aren't marketing lines. They're the questions we ask before anything ships.
