1. Who we are

Powered By Pro, LLC ("Powered By Pro," "we," "us," or "our") builds and operates PTO Pro, NPO Pro, and EduSignup (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy applies to the corporate site at poweredbypro.com and to each of the Services, except where a Service posts its own separate privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

• Account information: name, email address, organization name, and role, provided when an officer, board member, or staff member creates a workspace.
• Community information: names, email addresses, and phone numbers that an organization uploads or its members submit, for purposes like RSVPs, donations, or conference bookings.
• Payment information: donations and dues are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage information: pages visited, features used, and device/browser information, collected automatically to help us improve the Services.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Services, process payments and donations, send transactional communications (receipts, confirmations, reminders), provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as payment processors and hosting providers), within an organization's own workspace (so board members and members can see what they need to run their organization), and when required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain account and community information for as long as an organization's workspace is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. An organization may request deletion of its data by contacting us.

6. Your choices

You may update your account information at any time within the applicable Service. Parents, members, and families who interact with a public page (for example, to RSVP or donate) may contact the organization directly, or reach us, to request that their information be corrected or removed.

7. Children's privacy

Our Services are intended for use by adult volunteers, board members, and school staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where a school or organization uploads limited information about students for scheduling purposes (such as a conference sign-up), that information is controlled by the organization, not by Powered By Pro.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
